Joshua,
Ludo is traversing right now but I will take a stab at answering your questions. Most of the gear that we use is relatively standard camp/backpacking gear. We use Coleman stoves and Whisperlite stoves as back ups. Our Big Red Jackets are made by Canada Goose. One of our favorite pieces of gear are our tents. We use Hilleberg tents. The great thing about the Hilleberg tents are that the wind fly is attached to the tent, so when the wind is blowing particularly hard on the ice sheet they are very easy to set up.

Ludovic, thanks for sharing your field notes, I very much enjoy reading them! When you've some down time, could you provide a few details on the gear your're using? i.e. brand of stoves, sleeping bags, clothing, etc.. Thanks!
